My work sits at the intersection of legal risk and clinical urgency: protecting the client while keeping clinical teams and their science moving. I've built contracting functions from the ground up, negotiated with hundreds of pharmaceutical and academic partners, and trained attorneys and specialists to think several steps ahead of the redline.
A psychology degree before law school still shapes how I work a negotiation — reading the room and the table both matter more than most people expect.

At Memorial Sloan Kettering, built the institution's first clinical trial contract negotiation playbook — codifying tactics, fallback positions, and escalation paths that a team of attorneys still uses to close 1,000+ agreements a year.
When Pfizer acquired Seagen for $43B, took on a newly created platform role integrating clinical development legal and contracting functions across both organizations — one of the largest life sciences deals in recent years.
Built and led global contracting teams supporting aggressive clinical trial timelines in the US and abroad, advising on regulatory and data privacy risk along the way.
